Draft policy for review — have counsel approve this text before launch.

This policy applies to this website and to our direct communications with you. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Organiser Network operates this website. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Organiser Network. Where this policy mentions Organiser Network, it means the same thing.

We are the operating parent behind a group of service-and-marketplace platforms, and this site is how we describe that work publicly.

Information you give us

You may choose to share information with us — for example by emailing us, or by filling in a form on this site. That information is whatever you decide to include: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it.

How we use information

We use what you share only for the reason you shared it.

  • To reply to your message and continue the conversation you started.
  • To evaluate partnership, founder, press, or job enquiries.
  • To keep a record of correspondence where it is reasonably necessary.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run third-party advertising or profiling. Details about the small files this site does or does not store are set out in our cookies policy.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our business — for example, hosting and email providers — and only to the extent they need it.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only for as long as it remains useful for the purpose you shared it, or as long as we are required to keep it by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, or to object to how we use it.

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep.
  • Withdraw consent where our use of your information is based on consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
